We have known each other for more or less 17 years, and have been in partnership for 7, doing what we love most each day. In 2014, we took a risk and opened our first restaurant, The Bayou in Bethlehem with a collective mindset and a vision for the bright future ahead.
Not six months after operating, Grain opened in Allentown City, a farm-to-table, chef driven concept that became a smashing hit. During the same period, Queen City BBQ (QCB) was founded, just a few blocks away, across the PPL Center. A few lessons after, we ultimately decided to close their doors.
In 2017, we expanded the much-loved Bayou concept, of southern “New Orleans” cuisine in downtown Easton. Set in a beautiful historic building on the circle right in the heart of Easton, PA, The Bayou Easton has since become a staple in the thriving Easton restaurant scene.
A collective mindset and a vision for the bright future ahead is what brought us Bayou Boys together, to build a team and start venturing out to produce great food and offer great taste for the local community. One step at a time, we do what we love most each day.
